The products and services supplied by Footprints are intended to support home educating families. However, should you wish to return a product you may do so subject to the terms and conditions below.
1. Returns
1.1 Notification of your intention to return the product/s must be given in writing, within seven (7) days after the date of receipt of the goods. Send your notification to footprints@south-african-homeschool-curriculum.com
1.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to return all products undamaged and unused, in their original packaging or similarly suitable packaging, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products. The cost of the return will be for the customer.
1.3 If the products are returned in brand new condition, undamaged and unused at the customer’s cost to the address below within 14 days of the receipt of the goods, a full refund will be given. The cost of any damaged or used items will be deducted from the refund amount.
1.4 If the products are returned
a) after 14 days after the receipt of the goods, a 90% refund will be given for unused and undamaged goods.
b) after 30 days, any refunds will be at Footprints discretion.

2. Damaged or defective items
2.1 If you receive any product which is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify Footprints in writing by sending an email to footprints@south-african-homeschool-curriculum.com within a maximum of seven (7) days of receipt of the product/s. The notification must include pictures of the damaged item/s.
2.2 Footprints will endeavour to replace the product as soon as possible. In the case where a replacement is not possible, the product will be refunded.
2.3 Failure to report damages and/or defects within seven (7) days may lead to the product(s) not being replaced.
3. Incorrect or missing items
3.1 If any product is not included in the delivery, please notify Footprints in writing by sending an email to footprints@south-african-homeschool-curriculum.com within a maximum of seven (7) days of receipt of the product(s). The notification must include the delivery notification and clearly indicate the item/s that have not been delivered. Further information might be requested, and it may be subject to investigation.
3.2 Failure to report missing and/or incorrect product(s) within seven (7) days may lead to the product(s) not being replaced.
4. Non-refundable items
4.1The following costs are non-refundable:
- The delivery fee (where applicable)
- Digital products (such as lapbooks, printable pages, language arts worksheets, videos, notebooking pages etc.)
